What types of pets do you provide products for?
Our pet toys can be used by any pet! These come upon delivery with the giraffe and are guaranteed to keep young animals busy. Keep in mind our toys are specified for giraffes and may not have the same effect on other animals.
Are your giraffe foods safe and vet-approved?
Yes, our team has many researchers that observe the eating habits of giraffes. We make sure each pet has a nutritious diet before and after delivery by providing our pet food in each order. We are FDA approved and licensed.
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes! we deliver from Africa to south Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Europe, and south Asia only to accommodate for giraffes need for a dry environment. In each delivery comes a care guide for your specific country (only if listed) to ensure your giraffe is happy and healthy. Our products are also legible for home delivery.
Can I return a product if my pet doesn’t like it?
Yes, we offer no fee returns for all products. If you change your mind on having a giraffe, returns are possible, for more information call 555-5555-5555
