Return Information

General Instructions For Item Returns:

  1. Email us, to view our information scroll down to the bottom of our website.
  2. Send a small description of the item, your shipping number, and address.
  3. Include at least one photo of your item(s) that shows the product in full and at more than one angle if used or damaged.
  4. If our team doesn’t get back to you in a week, call us, we offer discounts for inconveniences.

Unopened Items:

These are in perfect quality, one photo is recommended. Full returns are available for these items. A description is optional.

Used:

If a product is used a few times and is visibly in good condition, returns are likely available. A small description of use is required. Giraffe food is not returnable if used in any way.

For Damaged Items:

Be sure to show more than one photo of your product, multiple angles are appreciated. Some items if damaged severely may not be legible for full returns, for these items we offer a 50% money return and a coupon code for 20% off on your next purchase.

Giraffe Return Policy

If you find that taking care of a giraffe is just not something you’re up for, returns are an option. Call and email us to place a return order. In our monthly, then yearly checks on your giraffe if we notice any signs of mistreatment, we require legal action and investigation, possibly resulting in a fine and confiscation of your giraffe.
